1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are shipped.

For prepaid orders, approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund only under the conditions outlined in this policy.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Request Timeline

Customers must raise any return, refund, replacement, or exchange request within 24 hours of successful delivery of the order.

Requests submitted after 24 hours from delivery may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • All labels, seals, and tags must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.
  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, wellness, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Health supplements with broken seals
  • Personal care products after opening
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Promotional/free gift items
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Packaging photos
  • Invoice or order confirmation

Upon verification, we will offer:

✔ Product Replacement (subject to stock availability)
OR
✔ Full Refund

Spireva Natural Wellness reserves the right to request additional evidence before approving a claim.


4. Refund Policy

Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, or once a refund claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • UPI Transfer
  • Bank Transfer

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be borne by Spireva Natural Wellness.

For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.


6. Order Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • High order volumes or peak seasons

Spireva Natural Wellness shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


7. Return Request Rejection Conditions

Return, exchange, or refund requests may be rejected if:

  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • Original packaging, labels, or seals are missing.
  • Insufficient evidence is provided.
  • The product falls under the non-returnable category.
  • The claim is found to be fraudulent or misleading.
